Buchbach is a cult — it's not just written on the shirt, the club also lives this cult status with heart and soul. Thanks to the many volunteers, every home game in the Upper Bavarian district of Mühldorf is a spectacle. In the meantime, this is no longer exclusively due to food before and after the game. The team of Andreas Bichlmaier and Marcell Thallinger, formerly stigmatized as a fighting force, has developed enormously, especially in terms of play - technically, tactically and physically.
Marcel Thallinger describes it as follows: “Players need the basic element of fitness in order to be able to implement their decisions on the pitch. The higher the league gets, the less time you have to do it. That is why fitness is important for every player. ”
The 36-year-old young coach, together with Andreas Bichlmaier Responsible for Buchbach's sporting skills, it is important “that the game system and fitness are perfectly coordinated.” Means: You should only try to implement heavy metal soccer with heist-like switching moments when you have the physical willingness to perform accordingly in terms of endurance and speed.
And Buchbach's playing style works: not only do you regularly annoy the big players in the regional league, but now you also know with attractive soccer to convince.
In Buchbach, one arrives Meticulously ambitious team of coaches on a strong-willed and motivated team. Undoubtedly a driver of success. Because the two Buchbach coaches do not have to intervene with their team in a motivating way. “The boys know that they have to lay the foundations during the play-free and training-free period. Of course, this phase is also about places in the starting line-up. Whoever is in top shape at the start of training increases their chances of working. ”
For those working hours, captain and Regional League record player Aleksander Petrovic (33) Actually, don't worry. He always plays. But even Petrovic has been working harder on his fitness for quite some time now than ever before. “With B42, among other things, my entire training ethics have changed in recent years. I look after my bodies, train preventively and feed myself accordingly.” The ex-professional, formerly described as an eternal talent with too little desire to work, is now a role model and leader for Buchbach's young squad.
His boys are eager to learn, says Marcel Thallinger, and goes on to say that it is simply fun to work with this team — especially because they want to constantly develop themselves.
Aleks Petrovic, who has been with this business for several years, also goes into raptures when talking about his teammates: “We have a unique sense of solidarity and even go on vacation together. And the mail arrives at the training ground. There is so much fire in every training game — as if it were a league game. No one wants to lose. ”
Perhaps it is also the permanent Motivation in training to push the performance limit (on the pitch or at home), as well as the willingness to constantly develop, which made Buchbach so convincing in the preliminary round.
Loosely based on Aristotle: We are what we do repeatedly.
Accordingly, Buchbach's passion on the pitch is not an action, but now a habit. Thank you for trusting me.
