A Parent's Perspective

A personal message to you.

You see your child train every day. Getting up early, carrying on after club training, giving everything. And still not making progress.

That's often not a talent problem. What's missing is the system, and access to the right training content and decision-makers. That's exactly where B42 comes in, with individual training and scientifically grounded programmes for every age and level, and for ambitious young players, additional access to the B42 Elite network.

What parents want to know

What age groups is B42 suitable for?
The B42 app is designed for players of every age and skill level. The B42 Elite programme is built specifically for ambitious young players between 10 and 18.
How does B42 complement team training?
B42 doesn't replace club training, it complements it: individual sessions tailored to position, level and phase of the season, used flexibly alongside team training.
Who develops the programmes?
The training content is developed with sports scientists and experienced experts such as Oliver Schmidtlein, former physiotherapist for the German national team (DFB) and FC Bayern.
How is overload avoided?
Training plans adapt to skill level and the phase of the season. The prevention course specifically adds recovery and mental strength, rather than just piling on volume.

Getting started is free via the App Store or Google Play. You'll find the scope and current prices directly in the respective store listing.
How is minors' data handled?
B42 processes data in line with GDPR requirements, including on the basis of explicit consent. Details for the app and the nutrition app are set out in the respective privacy policy.View privacy policy
Can I stay in touch as a parent?
Yes. With B42 Elite, parents can get in touch at any time with questions, feedback or concerns. The monthly workshops are also open to parents.
Will health insurance cover the cost?
After completing the prevention course, you can request a certificate of participation for your health insurer. They may reimburse the course fee in part or in full, the decision rests with the respective insurer.Details in the terms & conditions
